Copyright Policy

How ShareHub handles creator rights, licensed media, copyright complaints, takedown requests and repeat infringement.

Last updated: May 28, 2026Applies to ShareHub software and services

Creator responsibility

Creators must only upload videos, music, images, artwork, captions, logos, clips, software recordings and other material they created, licensed or are legally allowed to use.

Uploading content to ShareHub does not transfer ownership to ShareHub, but creators grant the platform permission to host, process, stream, cache, moderate and display the content as needed to operate the service.

Rights holder requests

Rights holders can request review of allegedly infringing content by providing enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the ShareHub URL, ownership or authorization, contact details and a good-faith statement.

ShareHub may remove, restrict or disable access to reported content when required or appropriate.

Disputes and repeat infringement

Creators who believe a removal was mistaken may submit a dispute with supporting context and evidence. Fraudulent disputes or repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions.

Accounts used primarily to repost copyrighted material, evade removals or distribute pirated media may be suspended or removed.
